HOW TO QUALIFY AND WHAT TO EXPECT
Moe's is proud to offer franchises and licenses to qualified candidates who will operate one or more units. These candidates must demonstrate the desire and ability to share in the tradition, excitement, and vision of Moe's. To protect our fine name and reputation. we award our franchises very carefully. It is not necessary to have experience in commercial food operations, although it is helpful. Our experienced and professional staff will train you. However, you will need financial resources in order to meet the obligations of opening and operating your business.The steps are very simple. First, we will talk to you briefly about your goals. Second, we will follow up by sending you important information regarding Moe's Italian Sandwich Shops. Third, we will ask that you complete and return the application and financial profile so that we can review it properly. Fourth, once we have reviewed your materials, we will meet with you, present he appropriate documents for your review and further discuss your opportunities. At this meeting we will also acquaint you with the full range of developmental options and combinations that are available in both traditional and non-traditional locations. Depending on the situation and circumstances, we will want you to visit a location. We will also encourage you to speak directly with our franchisees. This is an important process for both of us because it is the basis of a long-term, cordial, and supportive relationship in which we both will invest time and effort to achieve our goals.
As we progress towards awarding a franchise, we will discuss locations and sites, operations and training, marketing and store support with you. We will further aid you by offering suggestions on locations and steps that might be helpful to you in securing a location and lease. Then, once you have been awarded a franchise, our management team will initiate a series of support services for you.
SUPPORT AND SERVICES
Once you have been approved and all documents executed, schedules for site inspection and construction, lease hold improvements, equipment ordering and training, marketing and operations support will he assigned. You will be fully trained in the operations of the business so that you can successfully participate in your shop. Our marketing professionals will assist you in announcing and promoting the “Moe's” experience and building your loyal customer base. Our manuals and documents, continuing training, and on-site assistance from Moe's experienced operations staff will help you solve important issues as they arise.
