Q: How do I sign Up for Moe's Mad Rewards?
A: Signing up is quick and easy! Go to any Moe's location and ask for a Moe's Mad Rewards Loyalty Card and earn points right away! Don't forget, you must go home and log on to the guest website and register your card to earn rewards. You can also go right to our website and request a virtual card by selecting 'Sign Up'!
Q: Why Should I Sign Up For Moe's Mad Rewards?
A: Simple… we want to thank you for being our number one Fan! Benefits get better the bigger a fan you become! Who doesn't love free stuff (especially our Sandwiches)!
Q: Do I get anything for signing up?
A: Yes! We are so happy to have you be a part of our Fan Club! You get 75 points for joining our program when you register your card. That's halfway to your first $5 reward!
Q: How Do I Earn Points?
A: A guest must present their Loyalty Card or Identify themselves via their phone number that is associated with the loyalty card prior to the close of the transaction.
Q: How many Points do I get every time I come in?
A: A guest will earn 1 point for every dollar spent. Once you reach 150 points you get $5 off your next visit with us!
Q: Can I accrue points if I do not register my card online?
A: Yes, you can accrue points if your card is not registered. But remember, you cannot turn those points into rewards if your card is not registered
Q: What's the difference between Yearly Points and Points?
A: Your yearly points determine what tier of the program you are in : Admirer. Enthusiast or Fanatic. These points reset the 1st of every year. Points are the points that you have toward you core program reward of $5 off. Once you meet 150 points it resets to zero so you can get another $5 off! Don't worry, these points are the points that make up your yearly points too!
Q: Where did all of my points go?
A: Your yearly points are your points earned from January 1st through December 31st. These indicate your current tier in the Moe's Mad Rewards Program. On January 1st of every year your yearly points will reset to zero. Don't worry though! The tier you end the year in carries over to the next! Just be sure you reach that same tier by the end of that new year to keep all the benefits you worked so hard to earn!
Q: What are the Moe's Mad Rewards Fan Tiers?
A: Moe's Mad Rewards has 3 Tiers, or 3 different Fan Levels. The first Tier is Admirer, Next is Enthusiast which is followed by Fanatic!
Q: How do I move from one tier to the next?
A: When you first Join Moe's Mad Rewards you are our Admirer (and great news, you get 75 points FREE just for registering your card! That's halfway to your first $5 off!). Once you reach 300 points you become an Enthusiast! To be a Moe's Fanatic you have to reach 500 points!
Q: I'm your biggest Fan, I am in the Fanatic Tier. How do I keep that status?
A: Thanks for being our #1 Fan! Once you reach this tier you have this status for the following year! Just be sure to reach that same tier within the next calendar year to keep that status for the new year!
Q:How do I check what rewards I have so far?
A: Simple! Come into one of our locations and give us your loyalty Card or Phone number that is tied to your account and we can print out a list of all your rewards! You can also visit the guest website, where you registered your card, log in to your account and check your balance!
